How We Work |

We would like to take a minute to tell you how we work. This will help you understand how our comprehensive program works and how we can help you get top dollar for your Home in the shortest amount of time possible. Step 1. Consultation-With your permission we would like to come meet you and your Agent, and view your Home. That way we’ll get to know each other better and have an opportunity for you to walk us through your Home as if we were the Buyer, this will help us identify better with your needs. We bring to every appointment our expanded resume, which we call our Career Book for you to review. We will give you an opportunity to look through our Career Book while we are, with your permission, taking digital photos and detailed notes of your home. The Consultation phase is generally about two hours and the price is $200, which is due at the time of the Consultation.
Step 2. Follow Up- For your second appointment we will bring back a DETAILED list of steps to take to sell your Home with greater success. We will then discuss how much of the list you would like to do yourself, or how much of the list you would like us to accomplish for you. Remember: We can do as much or as little as you like. On this second appointment we will also bring a bid for the total job. If you’re feeling ambitious and want to tackle some of it, we’ll adjust the bid. Fifty percent of the initial Consultation fee will be deducted from the price of the bid. We will then walk through the House and point out items noted on the Detailed List for packing and removal which will need to be taken care of before the Staging Phase.
Step 3. Staging- You’ve removed the clutter and are ready to Stage! We will come in and Stage your Home. Depending on the size of your Home and the areas we are Staging this will be anywhere from half day to five days, but is generally finished in one day.
